The GlenDronach – Traditionally Peated

Hidden deep in the east Highland hills, the GlenDronach Distillery has been quietly perfecting sherry wood maturation since 1826. Their founder, James Allardice, built his distillery in the fertile landscape of the Forgue valley and names it ‘GlenDronach’, meaning ‘valley of the brambles’ in Scots Gaelic. Glendronach Traditionally Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a vivid harvest gold colour. This whisky boasts hints of highland toffee and treacle meld with dark honey and coal smoked barley. The palate is of burnt orange and treacle on a case of cloves and smoked bramble. 48.00%
