Year of Distillation: Spring of 2004, released within the fall of 2019. This bourbon is double distilled; beer still and doubler. Aged in a New, white oak; #4 char, charred for 55 seconds barrel. Tasting notes show carmel, cherries & a hint of mint on the nose, while vanilla and toasted oak with a floral undertone preduce itself on the palate.
