Shipping & Returns

If any item purchased is faulty, or damaged during transit we will provide a full refund to you. We may ask for proof of damage/faults during the refund process. Due to safety & compliance we will not offer a refund due to change of mind once the item is in transit to you. If a mistake is made during the purchasing stage please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the error and send you the bottle you wish to purchase, any extra costs will be payable by you during this time, if a refund is required we will return the overpaid amount to your account.
